A Grant for Future Commercial Tenants of Quartier FC, Carré Urbain and LE 396

Future tenants of GIFC’s commercial and office buildings (Quartier FC, Carré Urbain and LE 396), located in downtown Granby, are eligible for a grant offered by the City of Granby.

This financial contribution covers the base rent for the first year of the lease, up to a maximum of $12 per square foot and a total of $30,000. To qualify for this program, new tenants must, among other requirements, sign a lease for a minimum of three years and submit their application before opening their business to the public.

This financial assistance, available until June 30, 2021, helps offset the costs of starting a business or opening a new location. Grant payments are spread over three years.
