To qualify for this program, new tenants must, among other requirements, sign a lease for a minimum of three years and submit their application before opening their business to the public.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This financial assistance, available until June 30, 2021, helps offset the costs of starting a business or opening a new location. Grant payments are spread over three years.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gifc.ca\/nous-joindre\/\">GIFC<\/a> team for more information.
